VENDOR INFORMATION

Individuals that are vetted through your submitted Security Form will have access from 0830 to 1600 on Thursday and Friday to set up for the event. As well as 0600 to 0830 on Saturday and Sunday before the base is open to the public. In addition, please be sure to print out and have the "Vendor Parking Pass" in each vehicle that is arriving on the base. This pass does not give you base access but rather dictates how the parking team will direct you for parking.

If you chose not to submit the Security Form or missed the deadline. You can still access through the Vendor Gate (Riverside Gate) WITH a printed-out "Vendor Parking Pass" but you must wait until 0830 when the base is open to the general public. 

Access to the ramp will be through gate F-16 near the vendor parking lot.

*All vehicles must be off the ramp at 0800 on Saturday and Sunday in preparation for the arrival of air show attendees*

The individuals that are not on the security form, may access gates once they are opened to the public at 0830.

GATE ACCESS TIMES

Thursday and Friday from 0830 to 1600 you will use the Main Gate (Cactus Entrance)

Saturday and Sunday please use the Vendor Gate (Riverside Gate)

Please have proper identification for any individual that needs early base access. And please ensure all vehicles have proper registration. In the case that a vehicle is inspected.

For those that have VIP Hospitality Tickets and Parking Passes, Please use the Heacock Gate. This is the ONLY gate that will lead you to the VIP Parking lot.
